Dear Fellow Airsofters,
Good Day!
We are writing you this letter to propose that we hold a series of Friendly Games at different game sites this Holy Week season. We are proposing that the different teams host the games at their respective game site from Maundy Thursday (March 20) to Easter Sunday (March 23).
Unfortunately, time only allows us a maximum of only 4 host teams (from Thursday to Sunday), but we should invite all the Airsoft teams and Lone Wolves in the City and neighboring Municipalities. If teams wish, two or more teams can join forces to host a game.
In this regard, Tactical Airsoft Club is volunteering to coordinate the scheduling of the games. But the rules, marshals, officials, etc. should be the responsibility of the host teams.

This letter has been sent to all Airsoft Teams/Clubs in Dumaguete City.
